I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. I emigrated to the USA in 1997 and obtained my Florida license in massage therapy in 1999. I specialize in sports and medical massage therapy, and Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening. I studied with the founder of AIS Stretching Aaron Mattes, and I am an Advanced AIS Stretch Practitioner & Graston Technique Specialist. I have also received TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certification.

I have worked with Amateur, Professional and Olympic Teams and individual athletes. The US Women’s National Soccer Team, The Florida Men’s Indoor Soccer Team, The US Men’s and Women’s Olympic Beach Volleyball Teams, ITF and USTA Tennis Players, The USTA, LPGA, PGA and Web.com golfers, US National and Junior National Swimmers and International Olympic Swimmers, High School Athletes and College Athletes to name a few.

I work with clients with medical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinsons Disease, Down Syndrome, Strokes and General Muscle Weakness. I also assist clients with post surgical rehabilitation, and muscle strengthening  as a result of injury.

The AIS Stretching and Strengthening is customized on an individual basis for rehabilitation purposes, strengthening, and preventative maintenance.

I am a Florida licensed Massage Therapist (#81322) and a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association and the American Massage Therapy Association
