About Justine Youngleson
My name is Justine Youngleson. I am the owner/operator of All About Massage & Stretching, LLC. I was born In Johannesburg, South Africa and emigrated to the USA in 1997 where I obtained my Florida Massage Therapist License in 1999. I specialize in Sports and Medical Soft Tissue Therapy, Massage Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching & Strengthening, Graston Technique ( Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique) & I am TPI Certified (TPI) through the Titleist Professional Institute in San Diego, California. I recently completed my advance Kinesio Taping Certification, CKT.
I studied with the founder of AIS Stretching & Strengthening, World Renowned Kinesiologist, Aaron Mattes.
I obtained my International Teaching Certification in AIS Therapy & teach CE Education and AIS Certification Classes. I am a Graston Technique Specialist (GTS) having completed my Master M2 Training and National Examination with Graston Technique. I have worked with N.F.L. Players, Amateur, Professional & Olympic Athletes and Teams. US Women’s National Soccer Team, Florida Men’s Indoor Soccer Team, USTA, ITF & WTA Tennis Players, US Beach Volleyball Olympics Teams (Men & Women), Professional Male & Female Bodybuilders, Gymnasts, Ice Skaters & Ballerinas, LPGA, Web.com & PGA Golfers, US National & Junior Swimmers, & International Olympic Swimmers, as well as High School & College Athletes.
My therapy is beneficial to persons with neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy & Stroke Patients. I also assist patients by improving general muscle weakness, post-surgical soft tissue rehabilitation and muscle strengthening after an injury.The AIS therapy treatment sessions are customized on an individual basis for preventative maintenance, strengthening and rehabilitative purposes.
